Dóirín Graham is CEO of Clare Local Development Company, a community-led local development organisation which was established in 2009 to deliver a range of rural development (LEADER), social inclusion (SICAP), training, community development and enterprise supports to communities in Co Clare.

Before 2009, Dóirín was CEO of Rural Resource Development, the LEADER LAG for Co Clare, having started out as Projects Officer with Clare LEADER in 1993. Dóirín studied Agricultural Science in UCD which she followed with a Masters Degree in Rural Development.
